　(1) Shipping and handling: We will provide notification at the time of the estimate 
　　or order as fees may differ depending on product size.
　(2) Duty/Tax: All shipments outside Japan may be subject to import charges
 　(VAT, duties, and consumption tax).
　We operate on a DDU* basis. This means that product prices displayed on our site 
　are exclusive of VAT, duties, consumption tax and other unforeseeable charges and fees. 
　You are solely responsible for paying for these charges to release your order from customs
　and Suzuki Herb Laboratory will not accept responsible for these charges.
　We therefore suggest you to consult your local customs office for more information before 
　making order for shipment overseas.

■Product delivery period        
　Within 3 days after delivery

■Return & Exchanges
　If the products you receive are different from those ordered or if they are in anyway damaged, 
　soiled or defective, be sure to notify us to this effect by email within eight days of receiving 
　the products. We will immediately exchange the products and pay the return postage costs. 
　However, we will not accept returns or exchange products in the following cases:
　(1) If the product has been opened or used.
　(2) If the product is not in its original packaging (bag or case).
　(3) If the product has been scratched, soiled or damaged whilst in your possession.
　(4) If you fail to notify us within eight days of receiving the product.
