. Your order will be dispatched to your designated address via Japan Post’s EMS (International Express Mail Service) or International ePacket. However, depending on the country or region in which you live, and the weight and size of the product you ordered, an alternative method may be used. Products are usually delivered in around one week. However, depending on the weather, time of year, the postal condition and various other factors, it could take up to four weeks for you to receive your parcel. We will notify you of your tracking number by email at the time of shipment. You can check the delivery status of your parcel using Japan Post’s tracking service at: https://https://www.post.japanpost.jp/index_en.html We take great care in packaging our products for delivery, but your parcel may be damaged due to unforeseen circumstances. If the packaging is in anyway damaged upon receipt, you are advised to refuse to take delivery of the package and check the contents for damage in the presence of the courier company. |
Defective Products and Returns |
If the products you receive are different from those ordered or if they are in anyway damaged, soiled or defective, be sure to notify us to this effect by email within eight days of receiving the products.
